1- Why should I choose your diving school?

Diving Secrets Center makes sure your diving journey will be one of a kind. We are certified by PADI and our programs include training with certified diving instructors to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable diving experience. We do not have hidden fees, and women-only days are available. Our diving destinations include well-equipped luxurious boats in KAEC and 5-star half-Olympic pools in Riyadh.

2- What are the opening hours of the Center?

Diving Secrets Center's opening hours are 10:00 - 22:00 all days of the week, except for Friday from 13:00 till 17:00.

3- Is scuba diving safe?

Professional and certified diving instructors will be accompanying you throughout your training. Our pools and boat trips are safe and well-equipped to ensure you have a safe and comfortable diving experience.

4- Are their women trainers?

Women-only days are available at Diving Secrets Center. This means that working staff, trainers, and participants will be all women.

5- Do I need to bring my own diving equipment?

Diving Secrets Center provides all the diving equipment and the educational textbooks needed for theoretical and applicable training during the program. For some programs, you are asked to bring with you your diving suit, nothing else.

6- Can I dive if I don't have a diving certificate?

You can start your diving journey from step one with Diving Secrets Center in Riyadh. Introductory courses do not require previous diving experience. You will earn international diving certificates with us and become qualified to participate in advanced courses.

7- Is there a minimum age for scuba diving?

Anyone between 8 and 10 years old can participate in the Kids Programs in Diving Secrets Center. Training programs are open for anyone 10 years and above. Participants who are 12 years and above can also work as supervisors in child programs after finishing the Great Scuba Divers Course.

8- Is there any dangerous marine life?

Diving training at the sea will be safe and under the supervision of certified diving instructors. All the safety and security measures are followed, and environmental awareness about the underwater world will be provided by Diving Secrets Center.

9- How long will my dive last?

The duration of the dive is usually from 15 to 20 minutes.

10- How deep will my dive be?

The depth during diving will be more than 10 meters.

11- Are diving certifications accredited?

The diving certificates you earn at Diving Secrets Center are internationally accredited and they will qualify you to dive in more than 150 countries. You can participate in more advanced courses at our center after you earn diving certificates.

12- What does a diving trip include?

Diving trips include dives under the supervision of certified diving instructors, boat trips on our luxurious and safe boats into the Red Sea, and all the safety and security measures. Diving Secrets Center provides all the needed equipment throughout the trip, and meals depending on the time of the trip. Airport transfers are also available upon request. 13- What does the training program include?

Training programs differ depending on the level of each course. Check our website: https://divingsecrets.com.sa 

Generally, training programs include training in closed water in our 5-star, half-Olympic pools, and/or training in open water at the sea either on our well-equipped boats or on the shore. Accommodation will be either in Elite Diver Resort or at Bay La Sun hotel. Diving Secrets Center provides all the needed equipment throughout the program, and airport transfers are also available upon request. Some courses include diving certificates upon completion.

14- What is the cancellation policy?

The Center has the right to terminate the training course if any force majeure preventing the completion of the training course occurred. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Acts of God, including storms, earthquakes, floods, or force majeure that prevents the parties from completing training at sea and any other similar events that Diving Secrets Company could not have been able to foresee or reserve. The trainee will not be compensated for any sums of money incurred because of attendance to apply the course in open water.

Diving Secrets Company has the right to suspend the trainee from training and terminate this contract if one of the following cases occurs:

• If the trainee violates the rules and regulations in force at the site designated for training.
• If the trainee has acted inconsistently with morals and public morals during the training or at the training site.
• If the trainee fails to attend for 60 days, his/her right to complete the training course is forfeited, and he/she is not entitled to claim the value of the course amount.
• If the trainee fails to pass the theoretical test, the swimming pool, or the sea for the first time, his/her right to complete the training course is forfeited, and he/she is not entitled to claim the value of the training course amount.
• If the trainee had the required health conditions and became unfit for medical reasons when the training begins, his/her right to complete the training course is forfeited, and he/she is not entitled to claim the value of the training course amount
• If the trainee does not pass the theoretical test or the swimming pool or the sea for the first time, the trainee shall bear all the additional costs incurred by the center as a result of his/her training and forfeit the right to complete the training course. He /she is not entitled to claim the value of the training course amount.

15- What is the return policy?

The value of purchasing all training courses through the Diving Secrets Online Store is not refundable or exchangeable according to the following conditions

• If the trainee is registered with PADI International.
• In the event of training in any part of the training course.
• In the event of health problems that appear on the trainee in confined or open water.
• If the trainee violates the directives, regulations, and laws.
• If Create training schedule. 

16- Can I complete the training program at different times?

Training programs are decided based on your suggested time. Programs that include more than one day of training will be based on your preference.

17- How can I become a diving instructor?

The Divemaster course offered by Diving Secrets Center qualifies anyone who wants to be a diving instructor to become a supervisor and an assistant coach. After completing the Divemaster Course, participants can become trainers in the Bubble Maker Program provided by our center. You can also begin a diving career after completing the Great Suba Divers Course.

18- How can I participate in the training program?

Requirements for kids programs are mainly being between 8 and 10 years old, in a good physical state, and with parental consent. Training programs require being above 10 years old and in a healthy physical state. Previous diving experience depends on the level of each program. Register on our website for the program that you like to participate in, and our customer service team is ready to assist you.

19- What if I am exposed to dangers during the training program?

Diving programs are safe. Our pools and boats are well-equipped, certified trainers will accompany you, and all the safety and security measures are followed. If you wish to learn how to protect yourself from problems and accidents that might happen during diving, you can participate in the Rescue Diver Course offered by Diving Secrets Center.

• The trainee is obligated to consult a doctor before starting to benefit from any diving training course. He/she must be in good health to participate in the training course.
• The trainee acknowledges that he/she is aware of the risk of injury, up to and including death, by participating in such a training course.
• The trainee agrees to voluntarily undertake the training course and bears sole responsibility, and bears all risks of injury or death while disclaiming Diving Secrets Center from any claim.
• The trainee acknowledges that he/she voluntarily participates in the use of the training course and that he/she is personally responsible for the results of their participation.
• Diving Secrets Company, or any of its instructors or affiliates, shall not be liable for any physical or mental injury or illness that may result to the trainee.
• Directly or indirectly, from any of the sports training plans or exercises that we recommend. While we may provide instructions such as written descriptions, pictures, or videos that describe how to do certain exercises or activities, it is your responsibility to perform these exercises or activities correctly, as there is a risk of injury or disease progression if the exercises or activities are performed incorrectly.
• The trainee acknowledges that he/she will not hide any information from his trainer that may hinder his/her ability to adapt the instructions and advice, and the trainee bears full responsibility for any repercussions that may occur.
• All forms that the trainee signs when participating in training courses are binding according to the requirements and conditions of PADI International.

20- Can I participate in more than one training program at once?

Yes, you can participate in more than one program at the same time. Some training programs require a diving certificate from previous courses.

21- What are the areas to be visited in the Red Sea?

The areas to be visited are on the Elite Beach, and they are for divers (Fun Dive).

22- How will the training program at the sea be completed?

Diving training at the sea will be on our luxurious and well-equipped boat or on the shore. Certified diving trainers will accompany you during your training to make sure you enjoy an amazing diving experience safely and comfortably. In some of our programs, you will attend theoretical training and then apply it to open water in the Red Sea.

23- What are the required health conditions to participate in the training program?

To participate in our training programs you have to be in a good and healthy physical state, in the age range required for each program, and with passable swimming skills. The trainee is obligated to consult a doctor before starting to benefit from any diving training course. He/she must be in good health to participate in the training course. The trainee acknowledges that he/she will not hide any information from his trainer that may hinder his/her ability to adapt the instructions and advice, and the trainee bears full responsibility for any repercussions that may occur.

24- Is there diving equipment for sale?

You can buy any of our diving products and diving suits from the Diving Equipment section on our website. Diving Secrets Center provides all the needed diving equipment throughout the training programs.

25- What are the shipping and delivery costs?

Shipping and delivery costs vary from one company to another, depending on the customer’s choice of the delivering company upon request. The prices vary according to the region in which the customer resides.

26- How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The arrival time of your order varies according to the shipping companies that you choose when ordering, and the time of arrival of your order varies according to the region in which you reside.

27- When will my order be processed?

We process orders all days of the week except for Friday.

28- Is there a cash-on-delivery service?

No, we do not provide cash on delivery.

There are no guarantees of the degree of success you can achieve and Diving Secrets Company agrees that results will vary from person to person.

The success of each individual in reaching the desired results depends on the extent of his/her commitment and motivation. Your results can vary and are based on many variables, including, but not limited to, the individual trainee's performance, life experience, personal and genetic health, starting point, experiences, and the trainee's commitment to instructions during the training session.
